- Advising a Malaysia’s Investor in a dispute with other shareholders of special-purpose vehicle. The case related to a M&A deal of real estate project located in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
- Representing an insurance broker (as Defendant) in a labor lawsuits with its former general director.
- Representing a furniture manufacturer (as Defendant) in several labor lawsuits with its employees.
- Advising Client in a dispute related to termination of an agreement of providing management and operation apartment.
- Acted for a landlord in defensing against claim of tenant before People’s Court of District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Acted for a hotel and resorts multinational company as plaintiff against Ho Chi Minh city-based hotel regarding trademarks dispute.
- Acted for a landlord in 02 separate lawsuits against tenants (affiliates of a French retailer) in both first instance stage and appellate stage in HCMC.
- Acted for a real estate development, investment, capital, and property management company headquartered in Singapore in a lawsuit regarding payment dispute between its sub-contractors in Binh Duong province and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Acted for a Singapore Investor in a Criminal case in Dong Nai, Vietnam. The case involving breaches in assigning land in Dong Nai.
- Acted for a company (specializes in rubber trading) in a lawsuit against local tax department.

- Representing a Singapore construction company (as award creditor) in procedure of request for recognition and enforcement of ICC award before Ho Chi Minh City Court and High-Level Court at Ho Chi Minh City.
