Location: HCM Office, Saigon Center, Unit 2 & 3, 65 Le Loi Blvd., District 1, HCMC
Description of position:
·  Advising clients on legal matters in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group, and other practice groups when necessary;
·  Advising lenders and borrowers on various forms of financing;
·  Drafting and reviewing finance documents;
·  Supervising Associates & Paralegals within the Banking and Finance practice, ensuring their work aligns with the firm’s standards and best practices;
·  Other related work as may be required by Partners from time to time.
Requirements:
·   Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of experience in Banking and Finance;
·   Strong knowledge of Banking and Finance laws, regulations, and practices;
·   Proven experience in leading negotiations and handling complex legal matters;
·   Exceptional drafting and reviewing skills for contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
·   Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
·   Effective time management and organizational skills;
·   English fluency is essential;
·   An ability to adapt to the working styles of different partners.

CORPORATE AND M&A – LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Number of position(s): 2 – 3 (permanent)
Location: HCM Office, Saigon Center, Unit 2 & 3, 65 Le Loi Blvd., District 1, HCMC
Description of position:
·  Draft and review various types of corporate agreements for the firm.
·  Assess risks and compliance issues for the firm.
·  Conduct legal research and provide suggestions that are in line with legal requirements.
·  Liaise with solicitors, regulatory bodies and other external parties on any legal issues.
·  Assist with any other tasks as required by the lawyers in the practice.
·  Possesses initiative, drive, and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
·  Other related works as may be required by the Partners from time to time
Requirements:
·  Legal Associate position a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant legal experience
·  English fluency is essential; fluency in other languages is a bonus
·  Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, including time and document management skills
·  Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese

DISPUTE – LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Number of position(s): 1 (permanent)
Location: HCM Office, Saigon Center, Unit 2 & 3, 65 Le Loi Blvd., District 1, HCMC
Description of position:
·  Conduct legal research, analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents and provide suggestions that are in line with legal requirements;
·  Assist in the preparation of depositions, including preparing witness outlines and conducting factual investigations;
·  Review documents and evidence to identify pertinent legal issues and develop case strategy;
·  Liaise with solicitors, regulatory bodies and other external parties on any legal issues;
·  Participate in court / arbitration meetings, hearings / trials under the supervision of senior attorney;
·  Manage and organize case files and maintain detailed records of all correspondence and documentation;
·  Assist with any other tasks as required by the lawyers in the practice;
·  Possesses initiative, drive, and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team;
·  Other related works as may be required by the Partners from time to time.
Requirements:
·  Legal Associate position a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant legal experience;
·  Lawyer practice certificate;
·  English fluency is essential; fluency in other languages is a bonus;
·  Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, including time and document management skills;
·  Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures;
·  Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
·  Ability to work well independently and as a team.
