Joseph is an international lawyer practicing in international tax and international trade services.

Joseph has over 10 years of work experience, having worked for two of the big four accounting firms and also for the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Customs trade department.

Joseph has advised multinational clients on transfer pricing structures and compliance with the OECD Transfer pricing Guidelines. Joseph also worked on customs investigations relating to anti-dumping and counter-vailing duties for the Australian Customs trade division.

Joseph has advised various Thailand listed companies on their structuring of related party transactions in compliance with local and international tax regulations.

Joseph has advised various Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese companies in relation to tax audit investigations and disputes conducted by the local tax authorities.

Joseph worked as a customs and trade investigator for the Australian Customs handling dumping, customs valuation, tariff concessions, and tariff preference.

As a private consultant, Joseph has advised companies on the application for customs audit (compliance and prudential), application for concessional entry of goods, rules of origin and tariff preference (free trade agreements), customs valuation, dumping and subsidy investigation and analysis.
